Do Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens have chance to be in Hall of Fame?

Some members of the Baseball Hall of Fame affirm that users of steroids must never be in their club. They think that such baseball players, as Sammy Sosa, Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens should be kept out of the Baseball Hall of Fame. They are very happy that these persons didn’t receive needed percentage of voting to enter the Hall of Fame. According to them, it is fair. They think that otherwise our kids get confused. They will suggest that they are allowed to apply steroids and whatever they want and remain unpunished. So, it would be a negative example for future generations. Al Kaline, Goose Gossage and several others that belong to the Baseball Hall of Fame have this opinion. They even notice about cycling, as a good example to follow.
What occurred actually in cycling? The celebrated American cyclist was accused of using prohibited medicines. As a result, he was deprived of his 7 Tour de France titles and sentenced to life-time ban.
Thus, several members of the Baseball Hall of Fame claim that cycling is a good example for baseball. Baseball players that are found guilty of doping should be excluded from this sport wholly. Record books must not include information about success of those that have been caught using forbidden substances. Those that have lied should be punished appropriately.
Nevertheless, not every member of the Baseball Hall of Fame has this point of view. For example, Juan Marichal supports Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa, Mark McGwire, Roger Clemens, etc. He affirms that these baseball players should be in the Hall of Fame. These athletes are stars in baseball. Nobody could prove that they have really administered performance-enhancing drugs. Since there is no any proof, suspicions cost nothing.
Under rules connected with voting for the Hall of Fame, baseball players that have amazing skills and those that have contributed to their teams evidentially should be in the Hall of Fame.  Nobody doubts that Sammy Sosa, Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens were great players. They made obvious contributions to their teams. That’s why they should enter the Hall of Fame.
