Is it correct to call steroid users “cheaters” in our unnatural society?

Reporters often write articles about those that have unnaturally increased muscles and endurance. Reading their affirmations, you can see that those who administer steroids and/or other related medicines are harshly demonized. Such persons are criticized in our society. They are called “cheaters”. It is affirmed that those that administer anabolic steroids for bodybuilding purposes may become addicted to these drugs. A lot of articles also contain information related to possible side reactions of steroids. Although certain undesirable results occur in steroid users, others are not proven scientifically. For example, it is widely reported about violence and murders committed by consumers of steroids. It is considered that anabolic steroids may cause uncontrolled behavior that results in crimes. However, so named “roid rage” related to these medicines is considered to be a controversial issue.
A lot of individuals claim that administration of steroids for obtaining of muscle mass and strength, hardening of muscles and fat burning is a moral issue. Let think! Is this affirmation free from hypocrisy? Why are just anabolic steroids demonized? Do just these preparations make the society unnatural? Let analyze other conditions of the society! What do you think about sexual stimulants? It is said that you should not suffer from sexual disorders, when there are proper medications to get rid of such problems. Furthermore, what do you think about anti-aging products? Why should you have evident wrinkles, if there are ways to hide your age? Models and actors take several medications but they are not named “cheaters”. Students apply certain products in order to enhance their cognitive abilities. They are not demonized too. Certain experts that have conducted certain studies affirm that those that administer steroids for increase of physical abilities are more harshly demonized than those that apply several medications to enhance cognitive capacities. Is it fair?
As you see, our society is full of hypocrisy, ignorance and unfair accusations. May you demonize consumers of steroids in this world? May you claim that application of steroids for performance-enhancing effects is a moral issue? Be real! If you start demonizing steroid users, don’t forget about other aspects in the society!
